P10 Privacy

Introduction P10 Pick ‘Em (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is an independent mobile application for race prediction games. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using P10 Pick ‘Em, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Information We Collect Account Information

When you create an account or sign in, we may collect: - Display name or username - Email address - Authentication credentials (managed securely through Apple Sign In or other authentication providers)

User-Generated Content

Your race predictions and picks League names and membership Any profile information you choose to provide Usage Data

We collect anonymous, aggregated analytics data to help us understand how the App is used and to improve the experience. This may include: - App opens and session duration - Feature usage patterns - Device type and operating system version - Crash reports and performance data

We use TelemetryDeck for analytics, which is designed to collect data without personally identifying individual users. No advertising identifiers are collected.

Precise location data Contacts or address book information Photos, camera, or microphone access Health or fitness data Financial or payment information Advertising identifiers (IDFA) How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect to: - Create and manage your account - Enable you to submit predictions and participate in leagues - Display league standings and results - Send notifications about pick deadlines and race results (if you opt in) - Analyze app usage to improve features and fix bugs - Provide customer support

We do not use your information for: - Targeted advertising - Selling or renting to third parties - Profiling or automated decision-making - Cross-app tracking

Data Sharing We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may share limited data with: - Service providers who help us operate the App (such as cloud hosting and analytics), subject to contractual obligations to protect your data - Other users within your leagues, limited to your display name, picks, and standings - Law enforcement or legal authorities if required by law or to protect our rights

Data Storage and Security Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Anonymous, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify you.

Your Rights You have the right to: - Access your personal data - Correct inaccurate information - Delete your account and associated data - Export your data in a portable format - Opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings

Account Deletion

You may delete your account directly within the App under Settings. Alternatively, you may request deletion by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Some anonymized data (such as historical league results) may be retained in aggregate form.

Children’s Privacy P10 Pick ‘Em is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Third-Party Services The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
